ABOUT EDWARD SCISSORHANDS
Edward Scissorhands (1990) is a film directed by Tim Burton and starring Johnny Depp and Winona Ryder. Edward is a creation of an inventor who was unfortunately not able to finish him before he passed away, and so Edward has scissors for hands. A neighborhood Avon Lady finds him in the castle on the hill and takes him to his home, where he falls in love with her daughter, Kim.

ABOUT THE SOUNTRACK
The music for Edward Scissorhands was composed by Danny Elfman. It remains a powerful force among the most popular score albums of the decade. Even ten years after its initial release Elfman's album continues its juggernaut status at the high end of the sales charts. The score is somewhat of an enigma, combining two key elements of Elfman's early styles and packaging them into one very serviceable score and album.
